SUMMARY
Marsilea Costulifera, common name Narrow-leaf Nardoo (Jones, 1993), is an aquatic plant which grows in shallow water and drying mud, rarely in moist grassland. Its fronds, four-leaf clover like, float on the water and has creeping rhizomes. It is Native to Western Australia and has a distinct ribbed and conceptacle. (Aston 1973). It is endemic to coastal and inland localities in Western Australia, Southern Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria (Spooner, 1997).
